    Yes, we are an appointment-only clinic, so bookings are essential. Online bookings are available via our website 24/7. You may also contact us via phone, text, or email to book. We also offer a waitlist online and will always do our best to accommodate clients.

    We understand your time is valuable, and we hope you appreciate that our time is too. When you make an appointment with us, you are also accepting the terms of our cancellation policy.
    Circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel and reschedule an appointment. If this happens, please note the following:

    • If you need to cancel/reschedule more than 48hrs from your appointment, simply click on Manage My Booking to rebook a new appointment quickly and easily. No cancellation fee applies.
    • If you need to cancel/reschedule less than 48hrs from your appointment, we kindly request you to contact us on 0414 046 090.

    All clients can see visible results with their first DMK treatment and, trust us, you’ll be hooked. Most clients schedule monthly treatments and maintain beautiful results in between their monthly treatments with DMK’s home prescriptive.

Devised around DMK’s revolutionary concept REMOVE, REBUILD, PROTECT, and MAINTAIN, it works with the structure and function of the skin to generate long-lasting results.

    A treatment plan will be outlined for you at your consultation. This will consider your concerns, budget, and time constraints to get the best results for you. Generally, a course of 6-8 treatments will see best results, however we also offer ‘one off’ treatment for those just wanting relaxation or regular maintenance.

    Yes, there may be some ‘down time’ needed after some treatments. This will be discussed with you prior to booking services so that you can best plan your treatments around any events you may have.

    As each treatment is different, specific post treatment care will be explained in the clinic.

    However, no matter what the treatment is SPF is always crucial.

    Your active/corrective home care may NOT be recommended post treatment for around 5-7 days, at which time the active home care can be re-introduced.

    Yes, we offer cosmetic tattooing for eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. Your initial treatment begins with your consultation of expectations, shape, and colour. The treatment itself may be minimally uncomfortable and post-treatment healing is usually complete within a week. Each initial treatment requires a ‘perfection’ visit 6-8 weeks post treatment. Colour refreshers may be needed 12-36 months after your treatment.

    If you are having IPL treatments it is required that you do not have fake tan on your skin within 2 weeks of your treatment. Waxing and some facials may remove some of your tan so for best results we suggest tanning after any hair removal or facial treatments.

    If you are having waxing, please don’t shave for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your treatment for best results.

    If you are having IPL Hair removal treatments, please shave the morning of or the night before your treatment. It is far more comfortable for you to shave at home than to dry shave in the clinic and a shaving fee will apply if you have not shaved prior to your appointment.
