Issada’s Mineral Velvet cream foundation is infused with pure minerals, essential vitamins and Hyaluronic Acid. Mineral Velvet can be applied as a light-medium coverage for a daytime look, but is also versatile for formal occasions/bridal/photographic makeup when matte finish is preferred.
